Returns
Items may be returned if they have arrived damaged to you. Notification of this must be done within 5 days of receiving the product. We recommend that you inspect the goods prior to signing for delivery. If the goods are damaged please refuse the delivery, the carrier will take the goods away and a replacement will be dispatched ASAP.
Only after we receive the returned goods can we refund the value of the goods in full (or partial; if un-damaged – see below) or dispatch a replacement item.
Should you decide that you do not wish to keep the item(s) and they are in an un-damaged state you must notify us within 24 hours and a Collection Charge will be charged.
Alternatively, you can return the item back to us using your own choice of courier, and we will refund in full providing the item arrives in a re-sellable condition. We offer a standard 14 day return period for returning items.
Faulty Goods – If there is something wrong with your mats, or they suffer from a manufacturing defect, please let us know and we will look into the matter once the item has been returned. If, upon inspection there is a manufacturing defect we will replace your item or offer a refund.
Please note the cost of delivery will not be refunded.
